About Me

Amber de la Motte spent her childhood moving about the United States and picking up bits and pieces of inspiration along the way.  (For now) she lives in Southern California and when she isn't hiding in the picture book section of her local bookstore, she is at home mixing colors, writing stories, and gaining inspiration from the little folks that are sprawled out in the hallway painting pictures with her.
